STUDIO
SITE DESIGN + VISUALIZATION
Thoughtful design. Every scale.
Terraform Studio is a Morgantown-based landscape architecture practice serving developers, architects, and municipalities across West Virginia and Pennsylvania — small sites, trails, parks, and civic spaces, designed right.
A small practice built for small projects
Large firms are built for large projects. Terraform Studio exists for everything else: the infill site, the trailhead, the pocket park, the streetscape detail set nobody wants to staff. You get principal-level design from a licensed landscape architect — without the overhead.
Site & Landscape Design
Planting plans, hardscape detailing, and construction documentation for commercial, civic, and multifamily sites. Available as prime consultant or subconsultant.
Trails & Recreation Planning
Master planning and design for trails, trailheads, and parks — including ATV/UTV and motorized trail systems, a specialty few firms offer.
Municipal & Grant Support
Park and trail planning scoped to grant programs such as the WV Recreational Trails Program, from concept through application-ready documentation.
Visualization & Concepts
Renderings, concept plans, and graphics packages that help architects and developers win approvals and sell the vision.
Selected Work

Columbia Station, OH
Monument signage design for the entrance of a new Del Webb development in Columbia Station, Ohio — the gateway piece that sets the community’s tone.
Loretto Veterans Memorial Plaza
Loretto, KY
A veterans memorial plaza centered on a clock tower — a civic gathering space honoring local service members.
Private Residence
Site planning for a private residence — building siting, grading and drainage design, hardscape, and construction detailing.
Who We Work With
